A few days ago, Girl ZERO, an artist who grew up in the twin-island nation Trinidad & Tobago, located in the South-Caribbean region, unveiled her brand new video entitled “Closer” as part of EM Studios Mic Fest Series. Set to an intense soundtrack halfway between pop and electro, composed by Dominique Campbell, the singer puts on her best voice and delivers a simply perfect vocal performance. With great poetry, she opens her heart and declares her love in the most beautiful way possible: With music! “And I know that it’s you that I need much closer than the air I breathe”, she sings in a highly effective chorus. Directed by Geddes King, the clip really blew us away. The VFx work adds an interesting depth to this track, which we invite you to discover without further ado on Slash Music.
