Focus on an up-and-coming producer.
A few days ago, JSkitt, a 21 years old music producer from the USA, unveiled his brand new project entitled “Decades”. This 6-track synthwave EP has been available on all digital platforms since October 21. Thanks to this project, you’ll be able to sample some of the best productions recently unveiled by the artist, and immerse yourself in his vintage universe.
In this project, emotions come first… Right from the introduction, “Story Arcs”, we immediately sense that the producer takes great care in crafting his melodies, but also in his choice of sounds. Each synth note resonates like an emotion placed on the beat, which might remind you of a heartbeat. Our favorite track on this project? “Excitebike”, the second track on this project. What next?
Currently in the studio, JSkitt continues to produce. On his YouTube channel, you’ll find a number of videos in which he explains how he composes music using FL Studio. But be warned, there may be a few changes in store for his next music releases… “I will probably be switching my style up a bit next year into something more EDM heavy”, he writes on his social networks.
