Do you know Clever Apes, the Montreal-based band formed in 2012 that likes to mix alternative rock, classic rock and some good pop tunes? If not, now is your chance. The band have just unveiled a series of tracks performed in the Rock Bottom studios, including the latest, “Light”. Plug in the guitars, turn up the volume and get ready to hear some good old-fashioned rock the way we like it at Slash Music. This track, originally composed by Raùl Barqueiro, is a perfect example of Clever Apes‘ ability to blend influences and deliver a powerful, authentic interpretation.
