A new clip that’s sure to leave its mark…
nasus_elyob is the artist/producer we spoke to you about a few months ago when he released his previous music video “It Was Real”. Today, he’s back as producer with a brand new track entitled “crushed”. For the occasion, he decided to collaborate with London artist meifoon. Together, they explore the feeling of loss and loneliness, as well as boredom in isolation, offering us a veritable emotional cocktail: “What do I do, when I’m alone. What can I feel, now I’m gone”. Although the track is rather pop-rock electro oriented, you can still feel the DnB touch of producer nasus_elyob in the choice of sounds. The result is a unique track with a wide range of inspirations: “I’m a huge fan of Quadeca, as well as other shoegaze/indie rock artists like Mid Air Thief, Parannoul, Phoebe Bridgers and Bright Eyes”, he explains. It’s also worth pointing out that he filmed and directed this latest clip himself. Although he is an artist himself, the producer of bath in the United Kingdom never shies away from helping other artists.
A head full of projects?
A real composing machine, nasus_elyob is already working on his next projects: “I have more songs planned, as well as 2 albums coming out in 2025, one being a pure concept album. I’m also hoping to continue regular youtube uploads and have my first live performance in the new year”. The young artist also makes no secret of his intention to compose music for films.
