From dancing to Kylie Monique‘s and Selena Gomez‘s albums, she took interest in singing from a young age. Her musical career led to representing Malta in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2009 together with her friend Francesca as a duet with their song ‘Double Trouble’ all the way to Ukraine. Since then, music has been part of her daily life. Mikayla began to get noticed on the net through a few covers, but since 2023, the singer has decided to write her first tracks. During our interview, the artist gives us more information on the rest of her project: “I am already on the process of creating new singles with inspiring stories and personal experiences.
