What is Physical: 100?
As a reminder, this show features 100 high-level athletes competing in extreme challenges. Only one of them will emerge as the winner and walk away with a whopping 300 million Wons, equivalent to around 200,000 euros. In the first season, we witnessed sculpted muscles, massively developed and voluminous pectorals, abs like a chocolate bar, and strength worthy of Iron Man. These male and female athletes come from various sports backgrounds: Olympic gymnasts, fitness enthusiasts, judokas, influencers, bodybuilders, and even MMA fighters. The grand winner of the first season was South Korean professional snowboarder Woo Jin-Yong. Throughout the season, he showcased immense power and mental fortitude. As a great strategist, he devised an action plan that allowed him to conserve his energy and ultimately win the competition.
