Dr. Don is finally back with his brand new video “Alternate World”. After singing us a lovely love song in his previous clip “I’m Glad I Found You”, the Washington-based songwriter has decided to tackle another theme just as much intense, imagining a perfect world: “‘Alternate World’ is a psychedelic song about a place just like Earth with all Earth’s problems resolved. No wars. People loving each other. No borders, no cancer, no crime. A virtual nirvana” writes Dr. Don via his social networks. Connoisseurs will surely have noticed the nice nod to Supermode‘s famous hit “Tell my Why”. Subtly, Dr. Don has managed to echo this track with a few piano notes, and it works perfectly! From the very first notes, that Déjà Vu feeling invades us, and it’s well done!
One thing’s for sure: Dr. Don, who recently did us the honor of answering a few questions in this interview, has not finished making a name for himself.
