Oceans on Other Planets is a band we love, even more so since we just discovered their 3rd single “Damaged Goods”, which is simply excellent. This time around, the Californian band has decided to add a little electro pop touch to their intense rock, and the cocktail of all these influences is delicious. From the very first sip, the fusion of electric guitars and synthesizer strings made a lasting impression. Oceans on Other Planets seem to have found a perfect mix, but more importantly, they’ve taken their music to a whole new level technically! In short, we’re impressed: this band’s still got it…

New music and concerts to come!
The band continue their ascent in the music industry, and it doesn’t seem as if they need to force the issue to do so… Their first single “Other Side” has just passed the 30k streams on Spotify, while “Die Alone” has just passed the 20k streams! With this 3rd single, OOOP continue to impress while renewing their artistic direction. The fact that they didn’t choose to launch into an album straight away is a winning bet, as the band allows themselves the luxury of fine-tuning things as they go along, to our great delight!
“We are going to play two big shows in SoCal in October… both with TAPROOT” says Nick Wolf, the band’s singer, with great enthusiasm. So, on October 12th, you can find them in Bakersfield and on the 13th in San Diego in a club called ‘Brick by Brick’. And there’s more to come! OOOP have confided in us that they have finished producing 3 new titles with Producer Sahaj Ticotin who is the lead singer of the band RA. He has also produced for Nothing More, Starset, Motley Crue, more… Oceans on Other Planets continue to write their history. Will you be part of it?
